At Fittes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home hardware and vent covers. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the hardware, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
